From Klamath to Redding, Mendocino to Sonoma, dozens of communities across California are facing dire water shortages.
n May, the State Water Resources Control Board compiled a list of the 81 public water systems that “are likely to have critical water supply issues by the end of August.” The systems serve an estimated 132,559 Californians.
