Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 24 hours in advance of the event. Cancellations must be received on or before September 05, 2025 in order to be refunded and will be subject to a US $195.00 processing fee per registrant. No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellations received after this date will create a credit of the tuition (less processing fee) good toward any other EUCI event. This credit will be good for six months from the cancellation date. In the event of non-attendance, all registration fees will be forfeited. In case of conference cancellation, EUCIs liability is limited to refund of the event registration fee only. Reaching Underserved Customers with In-Person Engagement

Puget Sound Energy’s Customer Outreach team has found success in reaching underserved customers through a three-pronged approach. They start with 1) pinpointing customers that can benefit from their programs, 2) understanding their barriers to participation, and then 3) designing engagement that overcomes those barriers. The team will share this approach and some tactics they’ve implemented in Washington State to ensure they are reaching seniors, customers with limited English proficiency, rural customers and tribal customers.

Outreach for a Project MISO's LRTP

Ameren is involved in MISO's Long Range Transmission Planning (LRTP) Tranche 1, specifically a $273 million project in northern Missouri. This project, selected through a competitive bidding process, involves the development of a new Denny substation and two 345 kV transmission lines. This project will review the outreach efforts for this complicated project.
