FAQs

How do I access recorded sessions?

If you have purchased and attended a live training event, a link to the recordings will be available through your personalized entrance page that you use to join the sessions – scroll down until you see a list of recorded session links. The links will be made available after 6:00 PM Mountain time. Additionally, you will receive an email one business day after the last day of the event with links to all the recorded sessions. You will NOT be able to access the recordings through the Teams meeting.

If you have purchased a separate on-demand recording session, the link to access these sessions will be emailed to you automatically when you register and pay. NOTE: If you choose to be invoiced you will not receive your access link until your invoice is paid.

The calendar appointment I downloaded is not showing all sessions

If you are using Outlook for your email, there is a known limitation in Outlook where it only reads the first session in an appointment file unless you follow this import procedure:

  1. After saving the download, open Outlook, go to File and then go to “Open & Export”.
  2. From there click on “Import/Export”.
  3. In the pop-up window choose ‘Import and iCalendar (ics) or vCalendar (vcs) File’ and click Next.
  4. Browse to the downloaded file, click Open and then Choose ‘Import’. All sessions will then be added to your calendar.

I want to purchase a group registration but don’t know who is going to participate yet

No problem! When purchasing a 5, 10 or 20 pack of seats you will be able to skip entering registrants during the checkout process. You will receive a receipt with a link that you can use to add attendees at any time up to the purchased amount. You can also remove attendees if someone has a conflict and can not attend. Changes may be made at any point up to the day of the training.

I never received my login instructions

Login instructions are sent to the email address entered when registering as an attendee and you should receive them within 5 minutes of your registration. An additional copy will be sent to all attendees 2 – 3 days before the start of an online event so be sure to check your Junk folder.

If you have an EUCI account that is registered with the same email address that was used when registering, a Login button will show up in your account – even if you create an EUCI account after you have purchased all registrations made to that email address will be displayed.

If you wish you can also call our offices at +1-303-770-8800 or email [email protected], please be sure to include your full name, email address and the event you registered for when inquiring.

I never received a receipt for my purchase

All receipts are sent to the email address entered when registering as an attendee and to any additional contact you may have entered on the payment screen. All receipts are sent from ‘[email protected]’, be sure to check your Junk folder.

If you have an EUCI account that is registered with the same email address that was used when registering, the purchase and receipt will show up in your account – even if you create an EUCI account after you have purchased all registrations made to that email address will be displayed.

If you wish you can also call our offices at +1-303-770-8800 or email [email protected], please be sure to include your full name, email address and the event you registered for when inquiring.

How can I request a receipt for my purchase?

You may email [email protected] to request a copy of your receipt.

Receipts are generally sent within 24 hours of purchase or, in the case of payment by check or invoice, when payment is received.

Does EUCI apply to other states for CLE?

At this time EUCI only applies to the State of Colorado but we can assist you in providing information to complete applications for other states.

Only registered attendees can request CLE credits for an EUCI course/event. Email [email protected] prior to the course start date and list the state where you are licensed and your bar# as well as the name and date of your course/event in your request, and someone will be in contact.

How does a program get approved for CLE credits?

EUCI only applies to the State of Colorado Supreme Court Board of Continuing Legal and Continuing Education upon request. If you need CLE credits, please let us know prior to the event as the State of Colorado does not accept applications for credits after the event is over.

How do I know if the program that I am attending is CEU, CLE or CPE eligible?

If a program is eligible for CEU, CLE or CPE credit, it will be listed on the conference brochure and on the events web page. If you are not sure, or have any questions, please email [email protected]

Note: recorded sessions are not eligible for credits and registered attendees that choose to not attend the live session but view the recordings will not be eligible for credits.

If a brochure does not state CEU, CPE, or CLE credit, does that mean it is not eligible?

No. If you need a specific type of credit that is not listed, please email [email protected] and we will let you know if the event qualifies for credit.

Are web conferences eligible for credits?

At this time, only live events are eligible for CPE credit. Web conferences are eligible for CLE and CEUs.

How do I request CEU, CLE, or CPE Credit?

You will receive a unique link in your welcome email after registering that can be used to request credits at the conclusion of the event. Online attendees will also find this link on their login landing page under the Presentation Materials section. If you do not receive a link or would prefer you may email [email protected] to request your credits. Please allow up to two (2) weeks to receive your certificate/letter. Your certificate/letter will be emailed to you.
