Project Cost Management , June 12, 2020

This webinar will give the participant an overview of project scheduling. To develop a definitive schedule, one must first determine the scope of the project. This requires discussions with key stakeholders, suppliers, end users, and clients. Further, maintaining the schedule (i.e. preventing scope creep) is an important part of managing a project. The student will be able to utilize these schedule techniques upon return to their current work role. The course content is in compliance with the PMBOK© (Project Management Body of Knowledge) as published by the Project Management Institute.

The webinar will be illustrated with real examples and reinforced with individual exercises. It will also illustrate how projects schedules align with company strategic plans and can impact costs.
