Executive of the Year Winner

Kaye Ceille
CEO, Sterling Solutions

Kaye Ceille is an accomplished leader with an extensive track record of driving growth and improving profitability in both public and private equity-backed businesses.

Kaye’s educational background includes an MBA from Loyola University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Norbert College. She is also deeply committed to giving back to the community. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors of Ignite, a Chicago-based non-profit that supports youth experiencing homelessness. Additionally, she has served on the National Board of Directors for the Susan G. Komen Foundation, the leading breast cancer foundation in the United States.

Before joining Sterling, Kaye served as President of Montway LLC, a third-party logistics and technology company that serves the automotive and trucking industry. During her tenure, she led the team to more than double the company’s B2B revenue in just two years, solidifying Montway’s position as the national leader in vehicle transport.

Prior to Montway, Kaye navigated her 25-year career predominantly with the Avis Budget Group, allowing her to live and work worldwide. She held several executive leadership positions in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific Regions where she was responsible for digitizing traditional processes, improving struggling markets, growing revenue, and enhancing profitability. In these markets, she successfully led operations and market expansion.

One of Kaye’s notable achievements at Avis Budget Group was her role as President of Zipcar. After Avis acquired Zipcar, Kaye was appointed to lead this tech-enabled on-demand mobility company start-up into its next growth phase. Under her leadership, Zipcar’s profitability and market presence significantly improved, showcasing her adeptness at steering digitally enabled companies toward success.

Kaye’s career spans various industries and includes leadership roles in companies with annual revenues ranging from $25 million to +$1 billion. She has consistently demonstrated her ability to develop high-performing teams, foster loyalty, and achieve exceptional results. Her experience includes managing large-scale, multi-unit operations as well as mid-stage businesses focused on growth.

Rising Star of the Year Winner

Laticia Holbert
Senior Manager, Workforce Development, ComEd

Laticia Holbert is a Senior Manager of Workforce Development at ComEd, where she leads enterprise-wide strategy, operations, and high-impact programs aligned to long-term business and talent priorities. A Certified Workforce Development Professional (NAWDP), she is dedicated to removing systemic barriers to employment while building an equitable, highly skilled, and future-ready workforce for the utility industry.

With over 20 years of experience, Laticia brings a results-driven approach shaped by expertise in corporate training, career development, diversity and inclusion, and business strategy. She is widely recognized as a “connector of people and possibilities,” known for aligning talent, opportunity, and organizational goals to deliver measurable workforce outcomes.

At ComEd, she leads complex workforce initiatives in partnership with internal leaders and external stakeholders—including workforce agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations—to develop employer-aligned talent pipelines. Under her leadership, ComEd has achieved its highest level of hiring from workforce programs since 2013 and launched four innovative programs that expand access to sustainable career pathways.

Laticia’s leadership is grounded in authenticity, collaboration, and accountability, with a strong focus on empowering individuals to navigate careers with confidence and purpose. She is a respected voice in workforce development, actively contributing to regional and industry efforts focused on talent equity, employer engagement, and systems change.

Civic Engagement: Laticia is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and serves on the Million Women Mentors Steering Committee. She has been appointed to the Kane, Kendall, and DuPage County Workforce Boards (2021–2025, 2026-2029) and Lake County Workforce Board in 2026. She also serves on the IUBDC Education and Best Practices Committee (2025), sits on the Southland Chamber of Commerce Board, and is an Emeritus Council Member of YWCA Chicago.
