Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 24 hours in advance of the event. Cancellations must be received on or before August 28, 2026 in order to be refunded and will be subject to a US $195.00 processing fee per registrant. No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellations received after this date will create a credit of the tuition (less processing fee) good toward any other EUCI event. This credit will be good for six months from the cancellation date. In the event of non-attendance, all registration fees will be forfeited. In case of conference cancellation, EUCIs liability is limited to refund of the event registration fee only. Professor and Lawyer
Mr. Haemer is a Senior Fellow with the Nuclear Innovation Alliance, a “think-and-do” tank based in Washington D.C. dedicated to fostering new nuclear reactors for commercial applications. He also teaches Atomic Energy Law at George Washington University Law School. He has almost five decades of experience in the nuclear industry, both as part of the U.S. Government and in the U.S. commercial industry. As a lawyer his practice covers a wide range of legal topics necessary for successful support of commercial nuclear power operation, including State and NRC regulatory matters, commercial transactions, employee relations, and government affairs. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Haemer served in the U.S. Navy as an engineering duty officer including working on the control of nuclear testing, nuclear quality assurance, radiological protection, and defueling of submarine reactors.
