Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 24 hours in advance of the event. Cancellations must be received on or before August 07, 2026 in order to be refunded and will be subject to a US $195.00 processing fee per registrant. No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellations received after this date will create a credit of the tuition (less processing fee) good toward any other EUCI event. This credit will be good for six months from the cancellation date. In the event of non-attendance, all registration fees will be forfeited. In case of conference cancellation, EUCIs liability is limited to refund of the event registration fee only. Edward “Edd” Lalo is a Design Engineer specializing in midstream and downstream supply chain infrastructures within the oil and gas industry and is a degreed Mechanical Engineer from Drexel University. His background spans engineering design, construction management, critical-service operations, and system planning. He has led complex utility projects from concept through execution, with a strong focus on safety, system design, constructability, and regulatory compliance. Prior to his current role, Edd served as General Manager for unregulated mobile pipeline operations, where he directly supported high-demand midstream customers through critical infrastructure deployment and contributed to renewable energy project initiatives, and later as a Project Manager in construction services
Edd brings a systems-thinking perspective to infrastructure design, grounded in both engineering principles and real-world operational experience. His cross-functional leadership across design, construction, and commercial operations enables him to bridge the gap between technical theory and practical application. Recognized in industry publications for his project delivery and leadership, he provides engineers and technical professionals with actionable insights across the full project lifecycle. Outside of his professional work, Edd founded and chairs an automotive Employee Resource Group with his employer and maintains a strong personal interest in project car builds, motorsports, and powertrain development—technical pursuits that mirror his analytical, hands-on approach to engineering and reinforce his commitment to precision, performance, and continuous learning.
