This course will provide attendees with an in-depth review of how to work with natural gas contracts, mostly in the midstream space. The course will begin with fundamental information on FERC’s jurisdiction, regulations, rules, and enforcement, before covering various types of gas agreements.

Attendees will examine the regulatory frameworks for asset management agreements, pipeline precedent agreements, pipeline service agreements, and more. Attendees will also analyze the key provisions of purchase and sale agreements, gathering and processing agreements, and interconnection agreements. Bringing these topics together, this event will offer practitioner guidance across all contract types, highlighting significant provisions within negotiations.   

Through the evaluation of various natural gas contract types, attendees will gain a strong foundation for reviewing, questioning, discussing, and finalizing contracts within the natural gas sector.

Cancellations received after this date will create a credit of the tuition (less processing fee) good toward any other EUCI event. This credit will be good for six months from the cancellation date.
