This Supply Chain Contracts course is designed to equip professionals in the electric utility industry with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage and optimize their supply chain processes. Nicole is a highly accomplished legal practitioner dedicated to supporting domestic renewable energy initiatives through the provision of strategic procurement projects and contract negotiation associated with development, construction, operations, and asset management. After beginning her career focused on civil rights litigation, Nicole transitioned into clean energy in 2013 as a procurement specialist for a geothermal IPP. Over her career she has led portfolio management for conventional and renewable PPA contracts and IT&T procurement; advised utilities on supply chain risk management compliance; and led contract origination and post-sale transaction management for a leading solar PV provider. Nicole has been a pioneering DEI leader, working with various private and nonprofit organizations to increase career opportunities for minority men and women, create inclusive cultures, and develop job-ready talent pipelines and business opportunities in renewable energy industries. She holds a JD and partial LLM degrees from Purdue Global University and Concord Law School respectively.

Amy Clark

Senior Manager – Supplier Programs (Environmental Social Governance & Supplier Diversity) & Compliance

Amy Clark has over 20 years of experience in supply chain in the electric utility industry. After retiring from the Tennessee Valley Authority, Amy joined NV Energy as a supply chain and procurement manager. Amy is currently a senior manager at Aristocrat focused on supplier diversity, environmental social governance, and compliance. In addition to her supply chain experience, Amy was an adjunct professor at Georgia Northwestern Technical for five years. At GNTC, she taught business law, economics, HR management, leadership and management principles, labor relations, managerial accounting, and employment law. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration. She is a Certified Professional in Supply Management and Supplier Diversity as designated by the Institute for Supply Management, Inc. Amy continues to further her education and will graduate this year with her Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Global Supply Chain Management. 

David Glynn

He practices in the areas of Export Control/Trade Sanctions, Import/Customs Law, and Foreign Investment (CFIUS). Mr. Glynn has represented clients in a wide range of industries, both within the United States and globally, in all aspects of international trade law and compliance. He counsels exporters in compliance with the Export Administration Regulations, International Traffic in Arms Regulations, and Office of Foreign Assets Control sanctions regulations. His expertise includes export classification/jurisdiction determination, encryption controls, licensing, reporting, compliance programs, audits, training, voluntary disclosures, and enforcement actions.
