Ernest Bowles (Ernie), P.E. Assistant General Manager and Director of Engineering & Operations, Clinton Utilities

Ernie Bowles currently serves as the Assistant General Manager and Director of Engineering & Operations for Clinton Utilities Board in Clinton, Tennessee.  His experience includes over 31 years in the electric utility distribution industry focusing on medium voltage design and operating solutions.  He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Tennessee.
