Ryan Kroelinger, Consultant, Utilicast
Ryan Kroelinger is an expert in Balancing Area Operations, Unit Commitment, Fleet Optimization, Energy Management Systems and the Western Energy Imbalance Market. As a Shift Supervisor at SRP he led the operations team in the technical implementation of EIM. He has extensive experience leading skilled technical teams in a wide variety of projects that enable the reliable and economic operation of the power system. Mr. Kroelinger assists with Bonneville Power Administration’s (BPA) preparations to join the EIM.
Justin Shearer, Senior Director, PCI
Justin Shearer is Senior Director at PCI. He participates in all phases of solution development, deployment, and consulting for market participants in the CAISO MRTU and EIM markets. He has been closely involved with the deployment of the PCI EIM suite at NV Energy, Arizona Public Service, Puget Sound Energy, Portland General Electric, Sacramento Municipal Utility District, and Salt River Project. Mr. Shearer received both his BA and MBA from the University of Oklahoma.
Suiyi Su, Manager, PCI
Suiyi Su is the PCI subject matter expert on EIM transmission operations and billing. He led the implementation of the PCI Transmission-Billing suite at Arizona Public Service, Puget Sound Energy, and Salt River Project. Mr Su obtained his Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
Jarod Cannicott, Senior Director, PCI
Jarod Cannicott is Senior Director at PCI. He provides leadership, business development, and product management for the PCI suite of products. He has a decade of experience with power trading, risk management, portfolio management, outage management, and bid-to-bill workflows. Mr. Cannicott received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and his MBA from the University of Texas.
