Wind Power: Market Update

Wind Power: Market Update

November 16, 2021 | Online :: Central Time

Now that the U.S. is moving into a post-pandemic environment, the energy transition is back in action with development and investment activity increasing. The US is on track to break last year’s record for new wind capacity, but it will need to keep up the pace to meet state targets. More than 21 GW of wind should come online by the end of this year, and battery storage development is expected to grow by 15 GW between now and 2024. Federal tax credit safe harbor extensions have been put in place for projects delayed by the pandemic, and new US emissions reduction targets and the infrastructure bill may boost renewables expansion in 2022 and beyond. Attend this one-day event to gain valuable insights into industry trends and get the latest market update on the finance and investment landscape.

This conference will bring together a curated faculty of wind industry experts for insight on:

  • Status of the United States wind market
  • Criteria for financing
  • Best practices for development of viable projects

Register now to take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn about industry trends, upcoming projects, and key financing in the quickly evolving wind market.
