Leadership Conference for Women in EVs & Transportation

September 14-15, 2021 | Online :: Central Time

Overview

As we begin to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, female leaders in the EVs and Transportation sector must work together so progress can continue. Connect now with dynamic women leaders in EVs and Transportation as they share their strategies and experiences on how to ensure organizational change and personal growth.

There are increasing numbers of women leaders in the transportation sector, but we are still a long way from parity. According to a Deloitte 2020 study, Women at the Wheel, 81% of survey respondents indicated there was industry bias towards men for leadership positions as the primary reason for the lack of women leaders.

The goal of this event is to help professionals advance their careers in a traditionally male industry by providing insight into key EV and Transportation trends and skills for personal and professional development. The program format includes presentations, panel sessions, interactive group discussions and networking opportunities. Attendees will leave the event with industry-specific strategies for career growth.
