Human Performance Improvement, or HPI, is designed to empower individuals with essential skills and insights for effective leadership and team management. This 2-day course will kick off with the basics of HPI and then deep-dive into critical principles and practices, including counterproductivity, fallibility, organizational growth, and more. Attendees will unravel the psychology of blame, engage in dynamic reviews, and explore practical applications and implications of each core HPI principle.  

Other agenda items include but are not limited to:

  • How to optimize individual and team performance and collaboration

This program promises to equip utility personnel with invaluable tools to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Jeb Clay, Operational Excellence & Human Performance Improvement, Vistra

Jeb Clay is a leader of the Operational Excellence and Human Performance Improvement activities at the largest generator of electricity in Texas. His experience includes Continuous Improvement, Performance Psychology, OE, and HPI. He has provided Human Performance training to the US Army, US Intelligence Community, and US Special Operations Forces. He has an M.A in Performance Psychology and is pursuing his Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology.

Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 24 hours in advance of the event. Cancellations must be received on or before April 19, 2024 in order to be refunded and will be subject to a US $195.00 processing fee per registrant. No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellations received after this date will create a credit of the tuition (less processing fee) good toward any other EUCI event. This credit will be good for six months from the cancellation date. In the event of non-attendance, all registration fees will be forfeited. In case of conference cancellation, EUCIs liability is limited to refund of the event registration fee only.
