The regulatory arena for air quality is continuously changing.  As a result, it is important for oil and gas companies to be aware of regulatory standard updates and best practices.  This course will discuss federal air quality compliance authority, standards, regulations, permits, and programs.  Our expert instructor will describe state enforcement of federal regulations.  She will address the state permitting processes.

Ms. Breitling is an environmental compliance specialist with subject matter expertise in hazardous materials management, due diligence, and air quality permitting/compliance services. Her background includes comprehensive environmental compliance and due diligence services for transportation, land development, industrial, institutional, and municipal clients.
