The DOE Loan Guarantee Program has been sliced, diced, and analyzed repeatedly, but a new element, the pending Jobs Bill could change all that.
John Herrick, the lead for Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, who, as a project transactional counsel, advises the DOE on every aspect of its loan guarantee program, presents this webinar. Due to his 15 years as Chief Counsel at the DOE’s Golden office, Mr. Herrick was also instrumental in implementing the current DOE loan guarantee program under the Energy policy Act of 2005
At the heart of this presentation is an in-depth discussion about the pending Jobs Bill, which is likely to make very significant changes to the Loan Guarantee Program. Come join John and co-presenter, Warren Belmar, former Deputy General Counsel for Energy Policy of the U.S. Department of Energy, as they examine and explain the key changes that are likely to take place due to both the Jobs Bill and the upcoming DOE budget.
